toy museum

this is the mint toy museum at seah street. i had fun walking through five storeys of toys and would have played with them if they weren't behind the glass walls. i recognized a few of the toys that brought back fond memories of my early childhood years although most of the time i had wanted to exchange my gifts of dolls and dresses for my brother's toy trains and airplanes, cowboys and horses.

  1. I was just thinking when I was looking at the photos that it would be so fun if you could play with them! Shame!

  6. Amazing! I like how these shots mirror the vintage essence of the toys. This place looks like a lot of fun to browse through and reminds me of a smaller place in the Haight called Giant Robot.

I've never visited the toy museum, but it certainly looks interesting! I love the cars, and I agree, boys' toys are much more fun. I used to play He-Man and Ghostbusters with my brother all the time :)
